Air‑conditioned rooms feature sofas, satellite TV, minibar, safety deposit, tea‑coffee facilities, and shower with hairdryer. Two restaurants serve international and oriental dishes. Masjid al‑Quba is 15 min drive; the airport lies 15 km away.

The hotel is a true gem, combining luxury, comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, and proximity to the Prophet’s Mosque. However, the chosen restaurant chef was not up to par, lacking culinary skills, especially with egg and falafel prep – the method was wrong, though the restaurant itself was acceptable.

I stayed near the Haram and the place was clean enough, but the experience was awful. After a long walk to the Prophet’s Rawdah in the morning, I was too exhausted to sleep because the lights in the room wouldn’t turn off. The staff tried to help but couldn’t, and the only option they offered was pulling the keycard, which would cut the AC off. I stayed awake until 9 AM under bright lights. On top of that, there was no shampoo in the room and I ran into confusion with the payment process.
