“Très décevant”
The entrance area was very pretty, but the pool and relaxation spaces were very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The room itself was shabby and dirty: the sheets and towels were stained. The bathroom was extremely old and neglected: only cold water, very dirty faucets. The price‑quality ratio was not met – it was very expensive for the level of service and environment. The entrance looked nice, but once inside everything was neglected: no maintenance, the hallway carpets were dirty. The hotel was very disappointing; the website photos did not match reality. The staff were not helpful.
