Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The spot right by the lake was spot‑on, the lodge was spotless, and everything matched the description; I just couldn’t fully feel at home because of a few extra rules—take off your shoes, don’t change the TV settings, don’t open the curtains, etc.

The view and location were great, and the facilities were solid, but it was pretty hot, so more fans or air‑con would have been welcome; the sheets also had a funny smell because they hadn't fully dried.

The lord was absolutely stunning. Very well decorated very homely and in a beautiful location

South Cerney was the highlight, but the place was overpriced and smelled mouldy.

The location is good, and the lady who manages it was very kind — after I told her the bedding was not clean, she came the next day, apologised, and even brought us flowers and fudge, which was lovely. However, when we arrived late with two little kids, the bedding had stains, and the caravan was not properly cleaned — there were marks of ketchup and mayo in the kitchen. For the price (£600), I would really expect clean bedding and better overall cleaning. Also, cotton bedding would be much nicer and not expensive to provide. Overall, the host was very nice, but the cleaning inside definitely needs more attention
