Located near Munich Train Station, it offers broadband internet, varied breakfast buffets, a lobby bar, and public internet terminal. Underground parking is available, and Marienplatz Square is a 3-minute S-Bahn ride away, with the Oktoberfest site just a 3-minute walk.

The location was great, just a stone's throw from the train station and tram stops. We got our key and were happy to head to our room after a 24‑hour overseas trip, but the first thing we saw was a huge vacuum cleaner in the doorway and an open balcony door. It quickly became obvious the room wasn’t ready and had been airing out after someone had smoked there. The bathroom even had an old 1950 German bathtub that required a climb to shower. We called the night manager, told him the room wasn’t ready and that it wasn’t the one we’d booked – we always insist on walk‑in showers. The room was tiny and would have been hard to fit two regular suitcases in. He mentioned that the photos on the booking site were different. We said that wasn’t acceptable. He found another room with a walk‑in shower for us and we accepted it. That room was okay, not the cleanest, but at that point we had no other hotel options. It had a small safe that we couldn’t use because of a low battery indicator, and the staff couldn’t fix that during our four‑night stay. We gave up. Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly but never followed through.

It’s a solid hotel with a relatively large room and very good beds. The bathroom, however, feels a bit dated, with a tub instead of a shower, making it a challenge for older guests to get in.

The place is in a superb spot near the train station, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and everything is set up just right… I was completely satisfied.

The location is great, just a walk from Munich’s ZOB, and the street noise is well blocked out. The beds are comfortable and clean. The downside is that the hotel corridor was very dirty, there was mold under the silicone seams in the shower, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned – dust and hair were found under the radiator.
