The hotel sits right on foot‑distance to the shopping centre and Barbican, is spotless, and the staff are very helpful; breakfast is excellent. Parking is scarce on site and the booking page didn’t mention that you must call the hotel directly to reserve a spot; the staff eventually secured us a space, but remember that all street parking is managed through the Ringo app.

This Victorian villa is lovely, the room was spotless, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the breakfast was good.

The staff were super friendly, the location is unbeatable for Ho, Barbican, and the City Centre, the room was large and spotless, and breakfast was very good; we only stayed one night.

The location is perfect for an overnight stay, whether for my granddaughters or me, we felt very welcomed and comfortable; perhaps an evening meal option would be nice, but the logistics were appreciated.
