The pool area was great and everything was spotless, with an exceptionally helpful cleaning crew; however, I had to change my reservation from Saturday Jun 27‑Sunday Jun 28 to June 26‑June 28, and when I arrived on June 26 the front‑desk lady argued that I had only booked one night even though I showed her the confirmation email, which was the only issue; breakfast and the pool were fine, but no cribs were available for my 4‑month‑old, so more cribs should be stocked.
