“Useless staff, rude behaviour, extra charges, demands changed, worst experience ever, extra charges paid for AC even tho”

There was a lot of noise, no cleaning, damaged furniture, and the services were slow—worse than ever.

“Extra charge for air-conditioning”

Cleaning and facilities were lacking.

“A comfortable and convenient stay, with a great location and helpful staff”

I liked the convenient location of the property, especially its close proximity to the Lahore Expo Centre. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable and pleasant. There was nothing major that I disliked about the property. Overall, my stay was comfortable and satisfactory

The payment was double what was booked, and I will not use your application again or recommend it to anyone.
