The only thing that mattered was the reception staff, but when I went to my room it looked bad, the TV wasn’t working and it wasn’t clean, so I decided to leave the hotel and they only refunded half of my booking. The room wasn’t clean, the structure was in bad condition, and the bathroom was shared. I didn’t like it at all.

The rooms were quiet, and getting around was a breeze on foot or by car. The central spot near Parque Caldas is perfect for tourists. The bathroom was a bit messy and cramped, could use a tidy‑up.
