Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
A total disaster in midsummer: the pension is an old building without air conditioning, and the heat on the third floor was so oppressive it was unbearable. I won’t book it again in summer. The room was functional, very simple, but clean.

The location is great! Walking to Deutzer Viertel takes about 5 minutes, and the same to the Rheinboulevard. Reaching Lanxess Arena takes 15‑20 minutes depending on your pace. A nice touch was the free bottle of water in the room. The lack of air conditioning made sleeping at record temperatures in late June nearly impossible, and the room cleanliness still has room for improvement.

We stayed on an upper unit, and the room was impressively quiet. We slept three people comfortably with two single beds and an extra roll‑away bed in the living room. The location was close to the Cathedral and other sights, and getting around by Uber or other rideshare was easy. The place isn’t a luxury spot and feels a bit dated, but it was clean and very utilitarian. The extra sheets, pillows, and blanket for the roll‑away bed weren’t in the closet, so after hours we had to borrow linens from nearby relatives.

Great location near Lanxess Arena, and the value for money is decent. The room is small and simple, which is acceptable for the price, but the bathroom is very tiny and there is no breakfast.

Small but nicely furnished room, with a bottle of water in the room. The reception was almost never staffed.
