The place was in a convenient spot, but the whole hotel was dirty and dusty. I even found a huge, disgusting dark stain on both the mattress and its cover in the first room we were given. After moving to a different room, the mattress was only marginally better, and I had to wipe down the furniture before I could put my things down. When I asked for a cancellation and refund, I was told it wasn’t possible because we had booked through a third party. The lack of cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and I would never stay here again; I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

“Customer Service lacking”

The location was fine, but the front‑desk clerk was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. I had booked through a third party, received a confirmation, and showed it to him, yet he couldn’t find it in “his” system and wouldn’t register me. After an 11‑hour drive, I was exhausted and he insisted I call instead of trying to help troubleshoot. I finally told him to just check me in, and he remarked that “we’re not supposed to honor rates from 3rd party sites,” which I hadn’t asked about. I ended up in a first‑floor room that was next to another room that was loud and smelled like cigars.

“Fine”

I was happy to find the hotel close to the airport, but we ended up paying $50 more than the quoted rate, and both the rooms and common areas looked extremely dated and rundown.

“Great staff”

This is our second stay there; the location is great and just a short drive to almost anywhere we want to go. The staff are really nice, and we enjoy our stay. I would recommend dining at Dufy's Restaurant for a good meal.
