Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.

While my stay at this hotel wasn't terrible, I did notice some areas that needed improvement, particularly when it came to cleanliness. As an upcoming stay facility, I believe they have the potential to do better, but for now, they're just average.

“While property was clean the facilities were not great - our bed made cracking sounds even with slightest movement”

The location and staff at this hotel were definitely its highlights, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by some major issues. The included breakfast was a joke, with only two options and not enough food to go around. To make matters worse, the tea wasn't always available, and charging for breakfast felt like a money-grab. It's disappointing to see a hotel prioritize profits over providing a decent meal for its guests.

“Worst experience too bad rooms with mosquitoes and my partner got dengue and typhoid due to less hygiene. We asked for h”

I had a truly disastrous stay at this hotel, which unfortunately turned into a health nightmare for my partner and me. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes, and we both contracted serious illnesses due to the hotel's poor hygiene standards. To make matters worse, our requests for hot water were repeatedly ignored, and we were served dirty glasses on multiple occasions. It's astonishing that this hotel was given permission to operate without proper inspections.

“Pls don’t mislead your customers by having such hospital converted in hotel without any rennovation.. beds were making f”

My stay at this hotel was a complete letdown, and I'm still trying to understand how it managed to deceive us with its online presence. Upon checking in, I was appalled to find a bathroom with a broken toilet seat and yellow patches, not to mention a room filled with dust. To make matters worse, the TV in our room wasn't working, and the hotel staff seemed to be aware of these issues but chose to ignore them.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcome and at ease, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.
