Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The spot is great, always spotless, and the team is super helpful and friendly. Everything worked out perfectly, though Exeter city centre is pricey; still, it’s solid value for the money.

Breakfast, staff, and location were good, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

It wasn’t clear whether breakfast was included.

I knew the hotel in its previous incarnation. It looks and feels far better now. All the staff I encountered were just great. They did seem proud to be there. Cleanliness is of a high order. The location was fine for my plan to take an early coach the next day. I really enjoyed breakfast. There used to be a fridge in each room, I think. I'd have liked one this time! I have no other gripes

The location was good and the place was clean, but the room didn’t have slippers or a bathrobe, and I wanted two separate beds; one of the beds was too small to sleep on.
