The location was super convenient, just steps from everything, and the check‑in/check‑out process was smooth. They let us leave our bags on the day of departure even after the room was cleared. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

The place was an excellent stay! It sits in the heart of Naples’ historic center on a quiet little street in a beautiful and authentic neighborhood. It was spotless, well maintained, and made us feel at home. The host was kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Naples on foot, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location was great in the city center, the Wi‑Fi and air conditioning were excellent, and the self‑check‑in was convenient. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was too small for a couple, there were not enough storage spaces in the room or the bathroom, and there was no toilet paper holder or toothbrush cup. I probably had bad luck, but to be fair I had to report a clogged sink on arrival, which wasn’t cleared until the middle of the next day. The boiler also failed twice in the evenings, and I couldn’t shower because I didn’t know what to do. The owner sent me instructions in the morning to access a technical room and restart it myself, since the automatic restart system he had set up wasn’t working at that moment. After that it didn’t happen again. Overall the service offered is lower than that of other BnBs at the same price, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The kitchen was never open, unlike most AIRBNBs. It was always closed, there was a kettle in one room, and we didn’t have any glasses. We had to get plastic cups to make coffee for four people in one room. We stayed for six nights. On the fourth day they asked if they could come to change towels. They forgot to clean the bathroom basket.
