Very good breakfast. Good variety. Nice pool. Beautiful location, right in the center. No noise. Beds are hard, but that’s common on the Azores. Probably the same supplier.

Everything, especially the swimming pool.

The hotel’s facilities and cleanliness. The sofa beds should be upgraded and the shower enclosures replaced with curtains.

The location is excellent with lovely pools, a spa, and a good breakfast and snack bar. The layout is strange and feels a bit impersonal.
