I kept the place spotless, the room was cozy, but the breakfast was thin. I booked through an online platform that claimed the hotel was pet‑friendly. I checked the policies before arriving and didn’t see a rule against leaving our crated dog in the room while we stepped out for a meal. That issue surfaced on the third day, and the staff reacted with extreme rudeness to what was really an honest mistake. If you’re traveling with a pet, read the policy carefully. Also, they never mention that there’s no elevator.
