The place is easy to reach on foot from Stazione Porta Nuova, making it ideal for moving around central Turin; the host was helpful and I was satisfied with the comfortable bed and pillows, mini‑fridge, smart TV, and bathroom.

Great location, basic breakfast; however, I found construction materials and toilet paper packaging in the apartment entrance.

Spotless, and the young man who answered the phone was very kind and efficient in helping us with the entry codes – online check‑in was super convenient. We were missing a badge to enter without codes, and the next day when we wanted to come back the codes were changed without notice; we had to call and they fixed it quickly – only one badge was given to two people, which would have been fine if the codes stayed the same, so one could use the code and the other the badge, but that didn’t happen. They didn’t refill the toilet paper, and there was a light flashing every minute in front of our window (looking onto the inner courtyard) all night with no blinds; the curtains weren’t enough.

The setting and décor were nice, but both the double bed and the single bed were awful.
