The location, price, and room were all good, but the AC never worked and the room stayed very warm when we arrived; the staff refused to offer any compensation.

The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet—no noise from other guests or the hallway. I appreciated the fridge that was already cold and the large tabletop for work. The alarm clock was cool, showing the time on three sides so it could be seen from either bed or anywhere else in the room. However, the room was near the far end of the hall, so I had to make a few trips with luggage, a computer bag, and a handbag. Only one elevator was operational, which slowed things down.
