The room had everything I needed and was within walking distance of the city centre, and the host was kind and helpful.

The building is a bit anonymous in the first suburb of Sarzana, only a few hundred metres from the historic centre, but once inside the room the vibe shifts to a nice, modern, clean, and welcoming setting; the B&B management is always attentive and ready to meet our needs, and there’s ample free parking below the property.

We stayed there for just one night. We booked online, the request was handled immediately, and payment was easy. The room was beautiful, located in a nice building near the center of Sarzana, with an automatic gate for car parking or a large outdoor parking lot. It was very quiet and calm. We entered through the main gate, went up to the first floor where the apartment was (there’s an elevator, but we didn’t need it), passed a second gate, and entered the apartment. The hallway had three apartments, each with its own small door, giving total privacy. Our apartment was the biggest, fitting three people. Beautiful! Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, there were extra pillows, a working TV, a fantastic shower, and a desk for working. They also provided mugs and breakfast items. We really liked it. The price matched the service and the room. Thanks for everything.
