The staff’s attentiveness and willingness to help were commendable, and I have no complaints.

The bed was very comfortable, yet the staff’s attitude was despotic and dismissive of me as a guest; the app listed breakfast as included, but the front desk said otherwise, even though those with direct reservations sometimes also didn’t receive it, showing a terrible service attitude.
