No worries even on rainy days; they gave a big umbrella and I felt right at home.

The housekeepers, plumber, security, and reception treated me like family; language wasn’t a barrier because we used smiles, hand signs, and Google Translate. I stayed in the bungalow for over a week, right by the front pool, and had a great time. However, when I called the Grap Hotel, it wasn’t in the system—this is a problem, and the Hong Bin Bungalow also isn’t listed on Grab, possibly due to a wrong location.
