Breakfast was excellent, and the location was great. As a first‑timer, I didn’t know that I had to swipe the card to select the elevator number; otherwise, my wife and I would have been stuck in the elevator.

The amenities, cleanliness, room, and location were all excellent. The place is comfortable and visually high‑standard. The staff were not to my liking, somewhat unhelpful—not rude, but they need to improve service and attention, especially being more attentive to guests. In the amenities, they didn’t offer drinks or food. We visited the spa twice; the first time there was no staff, the second time they attended us but there was no staff when we left.
