I loved the building and its central spot; nothing noisy and everything spotless. However, when I was in the shower the sink light cut out, no room service on either day, beds weren't made, the room wasn't cleaned, and toiletries weren't refilled for both nights.

The proximity to the city center was great. Yet I was unaware that, even though I paid the price, the room wasn't cleaned; the bathroom was dirty with hair on the sink, and not all the listed services were available. Since I never met anyone at reception, it was difficult to point it out. The venue has a room that could provide breakfast.

The stay was fantastic, very cozy, just under five minutes to the square; I'd definitely come back. The room was spotless and fully equipped. When I tried to check out in the morning, no one was there; I had to message them on WhatsApp and they arrived after a while.

The location was excellent and the room was roomy with a full kitchen. However, there was never anyone at reception, even though the booking and subsequent messages claimed staff were available until 6 pm. The room had big cobwebs, a few bugs on the dishes, and no cleaning supplies (also in the shared kitchen). I felt it was wasteful to buy a whole bottle if staying only a day or two.
