“Incroyable!”
Everything was immaculate, but the buffet quality varied and the desserts weren't great.
The hotel had a beautiful park, kept clean and tidy every day. Breakfast and dinner offered a generous range, including freshly baked fish, steak, and other dishes.
“Activity-rich resort right next to a gorgeous coast in a prime location with delicious food”
The staff were extremely friendly & useful, calling us taxis which would arrive in under a minute. The amount of facilities & activities to do blew us away, there was a basketball court, tennis court, spa, putting green, huge variety of card/board games & a gym with great variety of equipment especially for a regular gym-goer like myself. The hotel also had two gorgeous, large swimming pools, one with an infinity view of the gorgeous coast that the hotel was situated next to and the other had a lovely waterfall. The food was also amazing, wasn't too much of a fan of the breakfast, more vegan/kosher/halal options would've been great. The lunch & dinner on the other hand were great with a wide variety of selection to choose from, you must also try the crazy amounts of dessert they have! Would definitely stay here next time we come to South Tenerife, the location was ideal to all activities to do including Siam Waterpark, any water-related activity is all within a 10-20 minute drive. The pillows provided in our hotel room were a bit small, and we got a long pillow I assumed for hugging along with a square pillow which was comfy but wasn't big enough. Would be great if they gave proper, normal pillows

The calmness that surrounds you, the fantastic pools heated to 25 °C, and a buffet that never gets boring with a different selection each day all make for a great stay; the rooms are very large, clean, and comfortable, so I’ll definitely come back. The evening entertainment was a bit lacking.

We especially liked the hotel’s location in a quiet area and the quality of its facilities: pools, spa, and gym. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as the terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table, and chairs. The buffet was a real highlight, with a varied and high‑quality selection. Staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the stay, and I was touched by the small birthday surprise of a bottle of sparkling wine left in the room, plus the water fountains throughout the property, which were very handy daily. Even in a five‑star establishment, we were disappointed by the lack of decorum from some guests: noise, disregard for rules—especially regarding dress for the buffet—and the forbidden practice of reserving sunbeds by simply leaving towels, which was still happening. Regarding the room, we would have liked a second bath mat, given that the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Finally, we found the drink prices quite high, especially compared with nearby venues.
