The only thing that was satisfactory was the location, being away from the commercial hype. The place did not match the images; the toilet was broken, so we had to change the tent. The tents were poorly maintained, and there was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures.

A truly serene escape right in the middle of the desert, perfect for unplugging and soaking in the breathtaking views. Every member of the staff was excellent, especially Magraj and Ramesh who went above and beyond with their helpfulness and friendliness. It was a genuinely relaxing stay!

The staff were attentive and the food was decent, with a fun cultural program and snacks. However, there’s almost nothing to do during the day unless you book a jeep or camel safari, and it gets super hot. The bar was way overpriced, and the water supply was off at random times during the day and in the middle of the night.

The property was clean, the food was good, and they organized a cultural show. Everything was simple and tidy. We stayed near the SAM Sand dunes and everything went as planned. They charged 1500 Rs for a 4‑wheel drive that took us to the desert area and dropped us off for sunset. We also hired an ATV and had a great time, which was good value for money. Overall it was okay; the food could be less oily, and a slightly higher price might allow them to improve the experience even further.
