The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay pretty great. The room was spacious, and we loved that it was just a short walk to the mall, Jam Gadang, and some nice cafes. However, our initial room had some issues - the toilet was dirty, the door didn't lock properly, and it smelled like smoke. Thankfully, the staff were really accommodating and let us switch to a different room, which made all the difference.

Unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing. The service was super bad - we didn't even get a bottle of mineral water, which seemed pretty basic. We paid a deposit, but the room was empty, and the receptionist wasn't helpful at all. It just didn't feel worth it.

This place was a total mess - dirty, broken, and smelly. The sheets hadn't been washed and were damp, and there were even hairs in the sink. Not exactly the cleanest or most welcoming experience.

Great location, and the room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. However, communicating with the staff was a bit tricky since they didn't speak much English - but we managed to get by with a translator.
