The cabin was just right for us; we brought our two dogs, Oliver and Winnie, and chose Jellystone because we were heading to a concert at Falcom Stadium in Colorado Springs and needed a comfy spot for them while we were away. We felt at ease leaving the pups, and Rachel was fantastic—she called after the office closed to explain how to pick up our keys after hours, which was a breeze, and we appreciated her follow‑up call after the stay to check in. I should have chosen a different pillow, but that was my mistake. During the night, it sounded like a helicopter hovered and tried to land in front of our cabin three times; that had nothing to do with Jellystone, just a weird occurrence—maybe the Air Force Academy nearby?
