Praias do Lago Eco Resort by WAM Experience

The location was great with good ventilation, a leisure area, and pools that were easy to find spots. The green area was well maintained. At night, when heading to the restaurant and pool area, there was no proper lighting along the path. The restaurant was too small for the number of guests. The pool bar lacked enough staff.

Nothing good at all. The pools were muddy, the bars had no snacks to buy, the breakfast had no variety, the room cleaning was awful—only after we asked after three days—and the blankets were terrible.

The hotel had a decent overall setup, several pools, and a mini water park inside the hotel grounds, plus we could visit four other water parks in the area included in the daily rate. The staff were generally attentive. The pool cleanliness was a bit lacking; we arrived in the morning and the pool had dirt. The mini water park had a muddy area that kids rarely stepped on, and it needed a deeper clean. In our room we had a single bed that was fine and a double bed that was so hard my wife woke up with back pain. Daily housekeeping seemed fine, but the bathroom vent was very dirty and the shower was spraying water unevenly because the spray was missing.

The rooms were great, and the park access was also good. The water was not even warm, it was cold. In the parks there was only one small one that was crowded at the nautical park and it was heated.

The indoor pool was warm, the staff were very attentive, and on the ground floor there was a large balcony. The sofa bed was broken, and the bed was not the best.
