The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location was great for a flight over Lake Eyre. The room was large. The hotel meals were good. The TV in our room did not work. The bathroom layout was odd, had missing tiles, and the door didn’t close. The room was clean, but a bit rough. It’s the Outback, so you can’t expect much.

The staff were very friendly and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, but the walls were thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the neighbours. The hotel sits right next to the airport, so flights fly all day long.

The showers were hot with good pressure and the bathrooms were clean, yet the double‑bed cabin was very basic—just a bed, two hooks, and a rubbish bin; the carpet looked pretty grungy and you could clearly hear people talking or snoring in the next room.
