Location wise near Matnog if you are travelling to that area. 1. No water at some point in time we needed it most to take our shower after a long travel. 2. Shared kitchen - most of the time faucet has no running water. Unable to clean dishes and overall area is not clean. Very basic kitchen utensils and cooking materials. 3. Shared Bathroom - just to be able to take shower need to use this and very small area. 4. Private bath Room - no running water in the afternoon. 5. Room - Basic room facilities TV not working at all. Very small room for 4 pax family. 6. Need to request a new key as the available key in the room was lost by previous guest. Hesitant to leave valuables inside our room. 7. Location - the homestay itself is hard to find unless you ask for local where the area is. No exact guide direction in the area itself
