The place was fine for visiting the ruins and for traveling by train to Pompeii or Naples. The breakfast on the first day was just after it changed.

The house has a terrace, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The staff were friendly, and I had good contact via WhatsApp and in person. Free parking for guests on the premises, close to the sea and the train station – easy access to Naples. Ercolano – Herculanum is the twin city of Pompeii, also destroyed in 79 CE by the eruption of Vesuvius; a few minutes from the accommodation is a museum where you can see an exhibition of local archaeological finds and tour the original streets, houses and port buildings from Roman times. Nearby is also a very good Italian ice cream shop, about 10‑15 minutes on foot. (Exit down, then left and to the end of the town, there on the right side of the street at the corner is the ice cream shop with a green neon over the entrance)

I liked the location, the staff, and the quietness, but the basic set of dishes was missing a plate and a glass, though the owner supplied everything when asked.

“Relax perfetto”

The place is very safe, with on‑site parking, and the room comes with a TV and a safe; the lounge area has a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. The terrace is lovely with sofa beds and loungers, and breakfast is delivered to the room at the requested time. The manager is very attentive to every request, though the building isn’t brand‑new but is kept in decent condition.

“Perfect for a visit to Ercalano/Herculaneum.”

The owner was very helpful, there was plenty of space, the room was well equipped, and it was quiet and secure. Nothing to add.
