The room and bath were both spacious and clean. The interior had a lovely Kyoto feel. I might have mentioned it, but we stayed multiple nights and there was no towel change. Since it was cheap, that's acceptable.

The accommodation is very pretty, the rooms are spacious and modern, but it's very neglected. Cleaning is lacking, there's a noticeable amount of dust, it has a terrace, but it can't be used because the floor is damaged and the furniture is in bad shape. We had a triple room and were assigned to the 5th floor. There's no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage up steep ramps, which is not very practical. It's also not pleasant after a whole day of walking up so many stairs.

The room was pretty. There was no elevator, four floors with luggage and small children without notice. No receptionist for check‑out. The code was deactivated, our luggage was left inside and they wouldn't let us in; we had to go to the police.
