The room and reception area were good, but the bathroom was too small and there was no balcony.

The polite attitude and the room upgrade with a balcony were appreciated, but it's a pity there's no subsidized parking for the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was lovely, everything was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Boris at the reception. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I wasn’t having the best day when I arrived, and his warmth and thoughtfulness completely changed my mood and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to make a guest feel so well taken care of. Boris truly made my stay special and memorable. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing hospitality! I would definitely love to come back. ❤️
