Posizione perfetta, pulizia al top e arredamenti originali. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della cucina comune con macchina del caffè a cialde e utensili da cucina (es. apribottiglie e posate). L’unico difetto, se proprio devo trovarne uno, è il terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per il resto non ho nulla da eccepire

The property was excellent and the room cleaning was done daily with impeccable precision. The host was extraordinarily helpful, meeting every request with great kindness. The location was strategic—convenient and perfect for reaching all major spots in Naples in a maximum of 20 minutes. Being in the Spanish Quarter, the area is hilly and you have to climb uphill to get to the place. Additionally, the apartment is on the third floor and only reachable via narrow, steep stairs. Because the neighborhood is very popular, the streets are not always well maintained and there's a lot of noise from the constant motorbike traffic.

The place is a 5‑minute walk from the central Via Toledo (metro stop). Great for getting around Naples and exploring the city. Mr. Paolo is very kind and always available to guests. Access to the building is on the third floor without an elevator, with fairly steep stairs. It's good for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed; we were four and it felt a bit tight, but for a few days it was doable.

The tiny terrace was great, the room was clean and perfect. Looking forward to staying again next year!
