The room’s location and size were good, but the restaurant staff and some front‑desk staff were not.
The location and facilities were good. The breakfast, except for cereal and toast, had some dry powdered egg but no other protein or fruit. The staff in that area seemed uninterested, and the area was full of people who made me uncomfortable and anxious. I’m not sure whether it was the staff who disliked being there or the guests who were pushy and rude, but someone pushed my daughter to cut the line, grabbed something, and made her drop her plate and cry—we left. Her toast mess was still there 25 minutes later. I don’t need to discuss this further; that’s what happened.
“Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.”
Check‑in was easy. We arrived early and were told that if rooms were available at that time, we could get them. Thanks to the staff that morning who helped us and gave us rooms. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good for the price.
