The buffet is very expensive, and the à la carte prices are also high for breakfast. The price versus the offer is an issue.

The customer service was great, rooms were spacious and clean, tour options were excellent and affordable, and the World Cup vibe with match screens and free bar items was fun. Our group of four stayed on the same floor as we requested. No major issues—service stayed great all the way through. We even asked for a room swap for preference and they moved us.

Cleanliness is the most important thing for me and it was very clean. The location isn't that great for me, but it depends.
