The hotel had a loose pet roaming around; the dog kept growling and one of them even lunged at me.

The hotel sits in a great spot, easy to get to and leave from, with excellent facilities and cozy rooms, a fantastic pool, and a superb breakfast. However, the balcony of my room was dirty and I had to ask for a cleaning; the balcony door had a broken latch that made opening difficult, the soap dispenser was also broken, the towels weren't replaced, and I had to request a change.

The breakfast was outstanding, with many options and wonderful cheese bread, and the hotel is located on the highway but close to the little center of Gloria; the room was comfortable and the hotel overall is excellent.

The breakfast, the staff’s service, and the nearby waterfalls were great. The bathroom was cramped, and if they could heat the pool and add a sauna it would be a cinema‑level experience.
