The spot was great, staff super helpful, airport pickup was excellent, breakfast was Bulgarian but plenty, but the place feels very old and tired and needs updating.

This place is only good for those who arrive late or leave early from Kutaisi airport; the room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable, so it deserves a perfect score even though the design is unremarkable.

The only advantage is its proximity to the airport, but there’s nothing to eat nearby so you have to go into town; the hotel offers Wi‑Fi, but it barely works in the rooms, forcing me to use the lobby.
