The welcome was friendly and the air‑con was on when we arrived. The breakfast was disappointing, the duvet was filthy and the ice bucket was revolting. The pool was broken, and the ice machine couldn’t keep up—weather and the event only made it worse. The location is a bit close to a huge freeway intersection and the station is noisy. The steps and walkways need a thorough cleaning.

The breakfast offered a basic continental spread, but it would have been nicer if there were a hot entrée besides the waffle. The carpet in the room was damp, and the room smelled damp and mildew; I had to spray it with disinfectant and use deodorizers to get rid of the odor.

The staff are wonderful and the rooms are spotless. There is nothing negative to mention.

It’s close to the interstate, and hot water and toiletries are available. The breakfast was vague—what was it? The coffee came in a thermos jug and there was only one type. Mini bagels, white and wheat bread were the only options, and the waffles were a typical make‑your‑own. There were two juice choices. I didn’t ask for a ground‑floor room, but it would have been more convenient since I was traveling with a pet. The bathtub floor was very slippery and needs a non‑slip solution.
