The Inn at Corolla

“Quaint and pricey”

The room was very basic but spacious, recently updated with new flooring and a great shower, and the beds were comfy. The staff were helpful, yet they seemed to know very little about Corolla. They offered passes for a nearby community center and for the beach swimming pools. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and continental. There was no view from the room, and getting to it was difficult because of the boardwalk steps and ramps. The beach shuttle wasn’t running, the common areas were very worn, and the price felt high for the modest accommodations.

The location was great, and the front desk staff were very nice.

The location was good, and we enjoyed a short trip to a nice dining and shopping area. The room setup was good and the bed was comfortable. However, there were spider webs and spiders in the rooms, the sheets were dirty, and the person who changed them was barefoot. The shower handle was loose and water wouldn’t turn on unless you found the right combination, and you could hear everyone around you all night.

“Overall great stay”

The location was great and the staff were excellent. The only downside was a smell from the sound.

The location, cuteness, quaintness, and access to OFG were all great.
