I was thrilled by the staff, especially Helene at check‑in, but the room floor was infested with ants when we woke up early, and they were everywhere, even in our luggage. We also discovered bugs that seemed like bedbugs, forcing us to discard several pieces of clothing and a suitcase. I was utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed, and I will never return. An outdoor tent in a parking lot would have been less repulsive.
