Spacious rooms with few comforts, little light in the bathroom, a non‑working abat‑jour, overall little attention to the guest. The distance from the center is not a trivial detail… especially for those with mobility issues.

The property matches what was described when booking, quiet and silent (as long as there are no noisy guests, which didn’t happen during my stay). The location, close to the center reachable on foot in a few minutes, is excellent for anyone wanting to visit Ferrara. I really appreciated the video that clearly and simply shows the check‑in and check‑out process.

The owner’s courtesy, the location relative to the city center, and the room’s cleanliness. One of the beds was a fairly uncomfortable roll‑up for an adult and the room was a little small for three people.
