I was kicked out before I could check in. I was traveling from Zugdidi and arrived at 23:00, sure I would check in and rest, but the reception told me there was an error and they had no free rooms; despite my booking approval I had to search for another hotel for an hour.

The service was very bad; I booked a room, got in touch with them and everything seemed fine, but we arrived at night and they told us sorry, there are no available rooms.

The room was fairly bright and clean, so the room itself wasn’t bad. However, for anyone unfamiliar with or not fond of Chinese cuisine and its smells, staying here would be uncomfortable, because the room reeks strongly of Chinese food.

This is a 100% authentic Chinese stay. They have a real Chinese cuisine restaurant on the ground floor. Room appliances are imported from China and are high grade. There is a tropical shower with thermal control and a lot of functions. Beds and pillows are nice and comfy. The blanket is nice and soft. Personal are real Chinese people. Tourists from China told me, this place looks authentic. The location is not very comfortable if you move by foot. As for me, the blanket was too hot for the season, i had to put it away
