The room matched the pictures perfectly, everything was very clean and tidy. When we arrived, we had trouble with the box key – it didn’t work. We reached out to the host, but they haven’t replied yet. We managed to get in thanks to a neighbor; otherwise we would have lost the reservation.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking to La Spezia Train Station. It looked like the room wasn’t fully cleaned before we arrived; there were long hairs all over the floor.

Great location and the room was very comfortable, easy accessibility. The bed was a bit soft.

Location. I don’t know how this place is so highly rated. The wifi doesn’t work. You don’t get reception in the room so can’t use 3G. The coffee machine didn’t work. The room itself is clean and fine for one night but, considering the faulty amenities and the price of the room, your money is better spent elsewhere
