Location and cleanliness. good customer service

The location was very good, close enough to walk to most places, and the paid parking was convenient. The room was clean, the beds were fairly comfortable, and the shower was clean; a one‑night stay was fine. The hotel seems geared toward travelers rather than vacationers. The building’s appearance isn’t the most modern, although it’s clean and welcoming.

I landed on the fourth floor and the street noise was a real distraction—people chatting and trucks rumbling past were almost audible if you listened. Still, the location was spot on, the room was comfortable, and breakfast turned out to be pretty good.

The place sits right in the heart of the city, so walking to everything was a breeze, and the view from the room—Main Street plus the bridge—was great. The hotel isn’t tall, so the elevator ride was quick. However, paying an extra $50 for parking or valet felt overkill for the room rates, and the lot is tiny. Traffic and valet traffic made getting in and out slow; we had to wait multiple times to leave and return because cars were blocking the way. It would be better if guests could park themselves or if valet were offered as an optional service.
