“Excellent location, comfortable room, and great service — a wonderful stay in the heart of Donostia”
The location was perfect, right in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town, with restaurants, pintxo bars, and many of the city’s main attractions just steps away. The arrival instructions could have been clearer. Knowing in advance that the guesthouse is on the second floor and that the rooms are on the same level would have made our arrival and initial check‑in easier.

The location was extremely central. The room was small and poorly equipped; the bathroom was inside the bedroom, the mattress was very uncomfortable, staff were only present from 9:30 to 15:00, and the elevator was definitely not up to standard.

The location is extremely good, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were genuinely helpful, gave us excellent tips, and answered our questions quickly. I was there with a friend, and the room seems better suited for couples because the shower opens directly into the room; with two suitcases it felt tight, but still acceptable.

The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning that could be controlled in the room, not centrally or timed. A nice little balcony overhung the quaint streets. The old town is lively at night and you might hear people late at night; businesses restock in the mornings, so that’s just advice, not a criticism.
