“Lovely big room in central Montreal.”
The room was lovely and large, and the bed was comfortable. I could only get hot water from the shower. The hotel’s exterior blended into the surrounding grey buildings, so we walked straight past it at first and had to backtrack with heavy bags, which was a hassle.
“I would go back but with no room service”
The spot is great—everything’s within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, especially the rooftop restaurant. I do wish the breakfast stayed open until 11 am on weekdays instead of 10 am, because on vacation you don’t want to rise early. Also, charging $40 for room service felt unfair.

The location, the facilities, and the friendliness of the staff were all good. The room was only ready at 18 h.

The staff were friendly, communicative and kind. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the sheets and towels had a clean scent. The carpets seemed not to be cleaned often, giving the rooms a dirty smell. I missed having water bottles in the room, which were only provided after I asked.
