We couldn't settle in because the place had been rented to someone else for a year; we had to find another spot, called Booking customer service but they didn’t re‑locate us anywhere, which was awful and left us very dissatisfied; please contact 647430359 to clarify the situation.

When I arrived at the property, nobody answered the door, the house bell didn’t ring, and the phone listed on Booking was off; it was a terrible experience and I lost a whole day of my trip looking for a new place.
