“Fui enganado!”

They pulled a fast one on me: I booked a top‑suite, but on arrival they claimed the pool was broken and tried to shift me into a cheaper, lower‑rank room that was actually pricier than my original booking, even though the app showed a lower rate. I ended up queuing through the app to secure the cheaper price. When I finally got to the room, nothing worked and the bathtub was disgusting. They list low prices online, then tell you there’s an issue with your suite and push a more expensive, inferior room. When I asked why I wasn’t warned earlier, they said they’d forgotten. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I booked the best suite through booking, but when I arrived, they told me the pool was broken and hadn’t informed me beforehand, claiming they had forgotten to notify. Then they tried to rent me the second-best room for about 100 reais more than the most expensive one, even though the app listed it cheaper. I had to book a duplex through the app to pay less. When I got to the room, nothing worked: the AC, the controls, the bathtub was dirty, and there was outside noise. They advertise at a low price to attract guests, but then claim a defect and charge a higher rate. I don’t recommend it; I had high expectations and was very disappointed. The place isn’t clean, the service is bad, nothing works, and there is zero comfort.
