Food was good but pricey, everything else was not great. The list could go on: 1) No Wi‑Fi in the property 2) Ticks in the bed 3) The extra bed was horrible 4) No running water 5) No taxi reached the property.

The room’s ambience was lovely with a view of the mountain and a small waterfall. The room size was adequate, room service was good, and all the managers and staff were very helpful. Wi‑Fi was not available in the room, the mobile network was very weak, and no communication could be done from the room to reception. The route to the hotel was terrible up to 3 km, and at night you couldn’t go to the market.

The food was good. There was no proper maintenance, no games, and no activities.

Nice resort. Good room and facilities. The staff were very friendly and did everything with a smile. The food was also good. The nearby waterfall is a bonus. Overall a very good memorable experience. Suggestions: provide mosquito net protection for windows, give cushions to cane furniture because the sharp ends hurt and can tear clothes, and some spoken English training for staff would help with communication. The road from the parking lot to the resort needs improvement; I’m not sure who is responsible.

It’s next to a jungle and a water body, which will be great in the rainy season. The property is large, the rooms are big, and the people are very nice and helpful, so you would definitely come back. The rooms were not clean; the bathroom didn’t even have a room freshener, windows had cobwebs, bed linens were okay but the blankets were not that great.
