The staff are amazing.

The Uber to and from Hunter Valley was close, but the creaky floorboards and stairs were annoying, the TV in the room didn't work, and the loud boys in the room down the hall kept us up all night.

The room was spacious and spotless.

The bathroom area lacked cleanliness.

The old property was charming and convenient for what I needed during and after my stay. There was a problem with the original room assigned, but the staff made sure I was better accommodated. The room we received had an unblocked window, letting in too much external light and making sleep difficult.
